Welcome to Wisco Kidz Place! By visiting our indoor playground or booking private events at our facility located at 2136 City View Drive, Madison, WI 53718, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms outline the rules and responsibilities for using our services and participating in activities at our location.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our facility or booking services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Facility Usage

Wisco Kidz Place is designed for children aged 1–11 years old.All children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. No outside shoes are allowed in play areas; socks must be worn for hygiene and safety.

3. Event Bookings and Payments

A reservation is required for private birthday parties and events. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure a booking. Full payment is due on the day of the event unless otherwise specified. Cancellations or reschedules must be requested at least 48 hours in advance to avoid additional fees.

4. Code of Conduct

To ensure a safe and fun environment:

Rough play, fighting, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Respect for staff, other guests, and the facility’s equipment is mandatory.Wisco Kidz Place reserves the right to ask individuals to leave for any behavior that endangers others or disrupts the environment.

5. Food and Beverages

Outside food and beverages are not allowed, except for pre-approved birthday cakes and snacks for private parties.All food must remain in designated dining areas.

6. Liability Waiver

Wisco Kidz Place is not responsible for injuries resulting from the inherent risks of indoor play. Guests assume all risks associated with the use of the facility. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that their children follow safety rules and guidelines. By entering the facility, you release Wisco Kidz Place and its staff from any liability for accidents, injuries, or property damage.

7. Health and Safety

Sick children should not be brought to the facility. Wisco Kidz Place reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone displaying symptoms of illness. Emergency protocols are in place, and staff members are trained to respond to incidents.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Deposits for private events are non-refundable. If an event is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather or facility issues), we will offer rescheduling options or a credit.

9. Privacy Policy

By booking with Wisco Kidz Place or visiting our facility, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy regarding the collection and use of your information.

10. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

Wisco Kidz Place reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website or at the facility, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
