Deposit: A deposit equal to 50% of your party cost is required to hold your date.
Early arrival: Guests may arrive up to 30 minutes early to set up.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations made by the 4-week deadline may receive a partial refund of up to 50% of the amount paid. Cancellations after that deadline are non-refundable, including for sickness or weather. One reschedule may be allowed if another date and time is available — a rescheduled party remains non-refundable.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates. Popular times fill up fast.

Yes! You are welcome to bring a cake or cupcakes. We provide the table space and plates.

Yes — outside food is welcome. The one exception is outside pizza; pizza is available to order onsite.
Can I bring decorations?
Yes — you can bring balloons, banners, and table decorations. No confetti or glitter, please.
