Do I need to sign a waiver?

Yes. Every child needs a signed waiver on file before they can play. You can sign online at our booking portal before you arrive — this saves time at the front desk. Waivers are on file once signed and do not need to be re-signed on future visits.

Are socks required?

Yes — socks are required for everyone in the play areas, including adults. If you forget, we sell socks at the front desk.

How much does open play cost?

Children under 9 months are always free. Monday–Thursday: $10 all-day pass for everyone — hourly pricing goes out the window, come and stay as long as you want or go home and come back! Friday–Sunday we follow hourly pricing: ages 3 & under are $7 (1 hr), $12 (2 hr), or $15 all day; ages 4 & over are $10 (1 hr), $15 (2 hr), or $20 all day. Up to 2 adults enter free with each child; additional adults are $5 each.

Yes — parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.

Yes, there is comfortable seating throughout the facility so you can watch your kids while they play.

You can book online through our booking portal. We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates.

What is included with a party package?

Every party includes your own party area for the first 1.5 hours, a party host who handles setup and cleanup, tablecloths, plates, utensils, and napkins, wristbands for all guests, two hours of open play for all guests, and a free 2-hour play pass for the birthday child.

Can I bring my own cake and decorations?

Yes — you are welcome to bring a cake or cupcakes and decorations like balloons and banners. No confetti or glitter, please.

Yes — outside food is welcome. The one exception is outside pizza; pizza is available to order onsite.

We offer four packages: Mini ($150, up to 6 children / 15 adults), Wisco ($260, up to 12 children / 25 adults), Mega ($475, up to 25 children / 40 adults), and Private ($500, up to 20 children / 30 adults). What is School's Out Day Camp?

School's Out Day Camp runs on school closure days for school-age children under 10. It's limited to 15 spots per day, so book early.

Yes — we welcome daycares, preschools, elementary school classes, youth groups, and homeschool co-ops. Pricing is by quote. Contact us to arrange a group visit.
